At Veobix, we value our clients and strive to deliver the best website design, development, and digital marketing services. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations and refunds.

Cancellations

  • Before Project Start: If you cancel a service before we begin work, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the type of service booked.

  • During Project Execution: Once a project has started, cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Any work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed, and partial refunds (if applicable) may be issued for the remaining balance.

  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Since ad campaigns and marketing services require upfront planning and execution, cancellations after launch are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable if services have not yet been delivered or in cases where Veobix is unable to fulfill agreed deliverables.

  • Non-Refundable Services: Domain registrations, hosting fees, third-party software/tools, and marketing campaign spends are non-refundable.

  • Custom Work: Website design, development, or branding projects involving custom work are generally non-refundable once significant progress has been made.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original method of payment.
